Author, You Tube filmmaker, and sometime philosopher, Richard Bryant is known for overcoming extraordinary obstacles in search of the truth. Whether searching for Plato's cave or confronting the realities of post-Soviet bureaucracy, Richard has made a career of bypassing professional academics, bribing border guards, avoiding military checkpoints, and ignoring conventional wisdom to bring his unique perspective to bear on complex religious, social, and political questions.
Bryant holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Duke University. Bryant has studied Russian and East European Studies at universities in the United Kingdom and in the former Soviet Union.
